New Debitrak Cashless System for leading residential College in London
Goodenough College, in the heart of WC1, provides residential accommodation for postgraduates from the UK and all over the world who are studying in London. Debitrak was recently installed over 3 days to replace an aged cashless system. Using data from the existing Salto access control system, it only takes a simple ‘Tap’ to get a smartcard encoded with the new Debitrak Cashless App.. No additional data needs to be entered. Users can go online and top up their personal wallet or check their balances and their transactions at the various restaurants on site, whilst Catering and Finance can get detailed automated web reports around sales and turnover. The whole operation had minimum impact on existing residents as the project utilised existing key cards for their respective rooms.
